The Czech siren’s recent publicity stunt at an NGO event has landed her in trouble. Yana Gupta who walked into event was clicked by shutterbugs without her underpants. The celebrity is now facing a law suit for obscenity in a public place.

Rizwan Ahmed, a social activist from Lucknow, has filed a case against Yana Gupta, the photographer who clicked her pantyless photos and the organizer of the event, Sushila Nirali for obscenity under section 292/ 293 and 294 of the IPC in the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lucknow. The court has summoned the three for a hearing on December 6.

For Yana, it’ll take something a lot more than an item number to get away from the mess created by this gimmick.
