Salman Khan, fresh off the success of Dabangg, 2010’s top grossing Bollywood movie, didn’t waste a minute in criticizing one of his favourite directors, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and his latest film – Guzaarish. At an award function, Salman was reported accusing Bhansali of being an opportunist who cashes in on disability as a theme for his movies whereas in real it is all plain pretences. He further mocked Bhansali regarding the box-office failure of Guzaarish. While the director chose to remain silent, it was none other than Hrithik Roshan who spoke for Bhansali. Hrithik, who stars as a paraplegic in Guzaarish was quick to defend the director from Salman’s allegations and criticism. Hrithik, however, chose his words wisely when he said, “In my opinion a hero never gloats. When you are super successful...this is the time one should use to turn even enemies into friends...just give love, not laugh at others. By the time I finish this sentence, I have already forgiven his (Salman’s) words.”
