Asin may not have made it big in Bollywood (post Ghajini), but she has managed to court controversy. This time the actress has denied reports her starring in steamy bed room sequences for her forthcoming movie opposite Salman Khan, Ready. Retaliating over the reports, Asin said, “I just don’t know where from these reports surface; I haven’t done any such sequence and as such, the question of them featuring in the film doesn’t arise at all.”

The actress, who has always been careful in constructing an image of ‘homely’ girl, did shed some of her inhibitions in her last film, London Dreams. But the reports which surfaced from Mumbai state that the actress may have a bit overboard with donning overtly sexy clothes and shooting intimate scenes with her co-star. Sources reveal that the film has ‘something of everything’ – lip locks and bedroom scenes, to name a few.

Claiming the reports to be bogus, Asin said, “There is a huge difference between ‘exposing’ and appearing glamorous. I have only appeared in some glamorous costumes in the film.  As far as the ‘bedroom sequences’ are concerned, it’s nothing but rubbish. Even in my Tamil film Kaavalan opposite Vijay, I have appeared in glamorous costumes. Is it objectionable?”

Much needs to be seen whether Asin is “ready” for all these.
