Anees Bazmee’s flair for making slapstick comedy seems to be dwindling as his latest star-studded comic-caper No Problem had a less-than-ordinary opening weekend at the box office. The movie which packs in Anil Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Suniel Shetty, Sushmita Sen, Kangna Ranaut and Neetu Chandra earned a total of Rs. 150 million (Rs. 15 crore) in the first three days. The figures haven’t got anything at all to write home about and with negative reviews piling up in abundance, the fate of the movie looks sealed.

Yash Raj Films' Band Baaja Baarat which starred Anushka Sharma and debutant Ranveer Singh did find acclaim but couldn’t rake in the collections that it deserved. Opening weekend figures lingered close to Rs. 47.5 million (Rs. 4.75 crore) which is certainly bad news for its producers. However, the strong reviews and positive word of mouth publicity may turn the tide in its favour.
