Lara Dutta does have one killer body and she was the sole reason why many bothered to watch last year’s damp squib, Blue. While she made the viewers sweat with her bikini scenes in the action flick, Lara recently proved that she can go all green and still make us crave for more.

Lara has been chosen as a PETA ambassador to promote vegetarianism and recently she took the time for a photo shoot for the associated advertisement campaign.

The ad featured the actress in a gown made of vegetables and lettuce leaves. The outfit was designed by Gavin Miguel and the stunning photography from fashion photographer Jatin Kampani did the rest in creating a beautiful and effective PETA print and web ad.

"Even seemingly small choices can have a big impact on our health, our community and the world around us. Going vegetarian is one of the easiest ways to improve our health, help countless animals and protect the Earth," said Lara.

If that’s the secret behind her chiselled figure, none would find it hard to take up vegetarianism.
